  • DECKHAND
    Job Description:
    The Engineer has an important role aboard the tour boat. First, and foremost is attending to the safety of passengers during boarding and disembarking. Deck watch duties look after the safety of passengers underway. The individual in the Deckhand position will check the engine and machinery operation throughout the tour, tend a line in the Soo Locks, and operate the boat snack bar. The Deckhand also helps in cleaning the boat.
  • NARRATOR
    Job Description:
    The Narrator is a critical part of our boat crew. The narrator and is responsible for safety of passengers during boarding and disembarking from the tour boat. In addition, the narrator tends a line in the Soo Locks and presents a narration throughout the tour. The Narrator also helps in cleaning the boat.
  • GIFT SHOP SALES ASSOCIATE
    Job Description:
    Gift Shop Sales Associate is a fun position that allows you meet guests from different parts of the country and around the world. A unique array of merchandise is sold in our gift store. Responsibilities include helping guests with purchases, operating a cash register and credit card machine. Additional duties include restocking, and keeping the store clean and organized.
  • TICKET OFFICE SALES
    Job Description:
    Ticket Office Sales is a key front-line position. It is usually the first impression our guests get of our Company. Ticket Office Sales requires a very orderly person that can multifunction in a face paced friendly environment. Candidates for this position must be able to interact positively with our guests and be accurate in handling transactions. Previous computer and cash register experience desired.
  • DOCKHAND
    Job Description:
    The Dockhand is a vital part of our dock and facility team. The cleanliness of our grounds, dock area, and entire facility reflects on the professionalism of our Company. Everyone gets involved at times to assist the boat crews in cleaning between trips. Primary duties include greeting passengers upon arrival and when loading tour vessels, tying up the tour boats and assuring the safe loading and unloading of passengers.
